You can apply for First Access with our online application. Usually, there is a decision within minutes and you will get an acceptance message on our website. Sometimes, we'll need some more information from you. Don't worry – we'll send you an email or a pending application letter with directions on how to move forward.

Once an application is approved, we start printing your card almost immediately. We send your card within 3-7 business days after approval. Because of mail delays, please allow 14 business days for your card to arrive.

To use your First Access Visa Card, first you need to pay your Program Fee, then you'll be able to activate your card once you receive it in the mail! Visit FirstAccessCard.com or call us at (877) 259-3755 to pay your Program Fee and activate your card. Then, download the Mobile App on Apple or Android. It's the easiest way to manage your account and make payments.
